The manager of this establishment is a complete and utter failure. One of the baristas was overworked and she kept on piling the orders instead of helping on some of the orders such as the hot teas and water. So I came up to her and said "I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my tall greentea iced drink" "Can I have my money back because its 11:30 p.m. " She retardedly said we dont give refunds especially if you dont have a receipt" She asked. " What is your name I said James and she asked is this it, yes, we could make it now, I said i dont want it anymore, I want a refund, she said no, and ignored me, so I walked away, so she swiped my credit card, stole my money, which I will tell my bank that store did a fraudulent charge on a purchase I did not receive. She needs to just quit, she is incompetent and unable to analyze the situation. Get it together girl...get a handle on it...its not your workers...its you, you are supposed to be able to control the load of work specially when it is understaffed. Your communication skills is a complete fail...enjoy the money you stole from me you swindler. You should already know how to handle busy times and how many people should be working in the kitchen to get the flow going. I honestly do not know how you got hired...perplexes my mind....

This is like a major landmark for Americana. This 3 story Barnes and Nobles has tons of books you can enjoy. If I need a book they dont have, I can request them to order it for me to pick up at the store. They can also put books on hold for you if you call ahead. The top of the store has a Starbucks cafe which you can use your Barnes and Noble membership card in for some discounts. They serve Cheesecake Factory desserts there as well! So this adds a special touch to this location....enjoy reading with some heavenly bites!

Thank you Barnes & Noble for being open later than most stores on Christmas Eve!! Had planned on meeting friends as the Cheesecake factory, but there were what seemed like millions of people with the same idea. Rather than continuing out search, just to find one store after another closed, or closing, we headed over to B&N, Had a nice brief visit, sat and had our Starbucks coffee, exchange gifts,... it worked!!

This store has a chance at staying in business because of the huge, complete selection from everything from Bukowski to Phillipa Gregory to cook books to self-education. This particular branch of Borders is located among other shops in one of Californias most underrated cities. Beauty, books, and BUSY!! DONT forget, they also have dvds and yoga mats lol for the complete experience.

Its nice to be able to browse books before you buy them. The merchandise selection seems to really be expanding into toys, puzzles, and models and I think its a good thing. Overall, great store with great selection. Prices of books can usually be found online at slightly cheaper prices.

Brick and mortar bookstores are a dying breed, but this one is great. Its well stocked, huge, and organized. When I need to buy a book and need it quicker than Amazon can get it to me, Ill go here. If youre an educator, you get a discount so be sure to ask for that!

In light of the fact that bookstores are closing all over the place, the fact that this place still exists and is huge with great selection and a cafe area makes it 5 stars. I wish there were more bookstores around. I always visit when Im in town.

Just called & asked if they have a book in spanish. Not only do they have a big selection. They are going to hold it for me for 3day. Every time I go there, every one is so nice & helpful. The food is also good. Also a great view if you sit outside.

Check out the half off areas, there are some awesome finds there 2nd and 3rd floor. Great toy area, one of the better patios with a great view of the work works and shopping center.
