Several years ago, people here werent very nice here. They just wanted to sell you expensive stuff. But now,, its better. The so-called manager used to be pushy and argumentative telling you how good those products were, talking loudly and directly at your face, very loud, as if you are dumb not knowing those good products. When the male owner was there, she was very loud, mean and competitive, as if she wanted to overpower you, another woman. But when that man was not in, she became softer. Very strange mentality that perhaps only Koreans understand. Last time I went to buy an enzyme powder facial wash that unfortunately they no longer carry. So they tried to sell me something else, a Korean brand, similar but not exactly the same. They also pushed to sell me Re Fa that is a very expensive skin care tool. They didnt push me this time. I went home to watch YouTube video to learn about this product. Later, I went back to buy it. Actually it turned out to be quite good. I dont even use it every day. I only used it for maybe 3 weeks or something, twice or three times a week. Today, people asked why looked younger now, and what I did to my face. (Does that mean I looked horribly old before, I wondered?) I didnt remember I was using Re Fa at the time. After I got home, I suddenly thought about Re Fa wondering perhaps it worked. I will continue observing it. But I also started using essential oil on my face that I heard was natural and wonderful. I am a kind of lazy not wanting to put many stuff on my face that contain all kinds of chemicals. So the natural stuff only has one step to rub on my face and its done. So not sure which one made my face look younger. Re Fa may help in lifting face. The essential oil is good for skin smoothness. Maybe both made it work. So I would say that for your skins sake, it may be worthwhile to check out what they have to learn about the latest skin care products and tools. Then you can check online to see if you can get cheaper ones elsewhere. (but have to make sure its authentic.) They have a store here that chances are that they may have to sell authentic stuff. You cant control others attitude, but you can just get whats good for your skin and get out, if thats the only place that carries what you need. Plus, they are improving now with a much better attitude without pushing you to buy, probably knowing it couldnt work with the way they were before. You cant wait until they are perfect to start buying from them, as who knows when theyll be perfect, or if they ever will. Just focus on what you need although I do understand how it feels with unsatisfying customer services. But this is your skin that is very important to you. If you cant buy the same products elsewhere, buy them here, and get out. NO need to feel bad at all. If you can get elsewhere, then go there. The bottom line is not to get upset with others wrong doings, and be kind to yourself to stay happy all the times. I gave them three stars only because the Re Fa worked on my face, as they said.

I bought a lip tint and a "charcoal" mask that was supposed to take out my blackheads. Everything here is double or triple the price you get online. I tried the mask once and honestly it did nothing for my skin for $30 per tube. ITS $10 ON AMAZON. The Peri lip tint was ok but it was still double the price if you buy it elsewhere or online. I get the you have make money but cmon. $10 to $30 is a huge markup. I would recommend buying stuff here that you can buy online. And also, why dont they have wipes for the swatches?? The whole store looks shabby and dirty and the fact that the makeup couldve been tampered with is just gross. The new owner seems nicer but still follow you around like youre a thief. Im not someone who is passionate about skincare but I wanted to start taking care of my skin and this definitely the wrong place to start. Just go on Amazon or a drugstore, man. Its not worth it. At all. I shouldve known this was gonna be bad by the lack of customers but I was honestly so stupid.

The worst shopping experience I ever had. The lady was very rude and force me to buy product that I was not looking for. I would never shop here. They did not even have much knowledge of products and when I asked a question, instead of admit they dont have it or dont know, they would put down how the other product is bad and their is better. It was the worst shopping experience. I dont like how they treat the customer. I really dont care the best products they carry I rather go to a shop where customer are treated with a respect and right.
