Got some hair clips today. The SAME EXACT hair clips had two prices!!! The only explanation the staff gave me was that they were from two shipments and even though the are the same product, they had to charge them differently. Has anyone heard that one before???? This particular staff was very unprofessional. They have a promotion of buy 2 get 1 free hair clip yet she had no clue. She told me that that it was buy 3 get 1 free not 2. Instead of go on and check for herself or confirm it with another staff, she did nothing. If I hadnt gone back to check it, I wouldve been charged an extra clip when it was supposed to be free. The clips were all very dusty as well. I wouldnt recommend it with the service they provide. One last thing is that they are all fussy about checking your ID with your credit card purchase. They have my name from the mailing list, my credit card has matching name not to mention it has my imprinted signature with photo ID on top of my credit card. I havent been checked by any other beauty salon stores like this one.

The reason they were acting unprofessional was because you were buying cheap hair clips. Next time go in there and buy something for over 100 dollars and theyll do whatever you want.
