Stopped in to pick up some BB cream (Skin 79). I was immediately greeted when I walked in and was shown to the product I was looking for; I was even given some samples to take home. I suspect the people who give this place 1 star because of customer service are those who may seem to think everyone is bad, because I was treated very professionally and everyone was very friendly. Ill be going back for all of my beauty supplies, thanks Planet Beauty Newport Beach!

This place has everything I could ever want. I love that they have Epicuren and Sigma brushes. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and the girl that helped me was very nice. They all seem knowledgeable! They also gave me samples just for coming in so I will def be back in soon.

I love their product selection. I can get Bumble and Bumble, Kerastase and Epicuren all in one place. Getting in and out from an entire parking experience is undesirable, so go at an off time.
