Ummm its Nordstrom... What can I say?? We were a little disappointed by the lack of inventory here. And at other stores, if they dont have your item, they immediately search nearby stores or offer to order online & have it shipped directly to your house. Well, not here. They didnt have a few items we were looking for and well, that was it... SOL.. Have a good day! Not what were accustomed to from Nordies customer service. But the store was well-maintained and for those times youre feeling fancy schmancy, this location has a: - Service bar - Style bar - Brow bar - Espresso bar Seems theyre trying to raise the bar, theyre just not quite there yet.

I am so pleased the the awesome customer service I recieved today. I went to exchange the dansko shoes that I purchased not long ago and the sales representative (Cindy S. ) that assisted me was very helpful. She answered my questions in a pleasant manner and was able to help me out with my inquiries. She gave me a lot of time to compare products and also explained the difference of the products and it helped me to make a choice. Again, awesome customer service and more power .

The food is really delicious and they have a wide variety on the menu. This time I had the Lentil, kale, beet chip salad. It was so good. I love the beet chips and the flavor of the dressing. I could eat it every day. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The girls here are great. Lots of attention on my skin foundation when I go in. Pretty good jewelry set too I must say, especially for such a big chain. Unfortunately, being located in the spectrum means the parking is a bit of a challenge.

A fairly good Nordstrom location. Not too big, not too small. Good selection. Prices are what I would expect. Parking can be difficult. I tend to shop their mens department where customer service is hit and miss.

Have had amazing service here and horrible service here. I think the high pressure commission sales has essentially ruined the customer service experience at many Nordstrom locations, including this one.

Not the best Norstroms for mens shoes very limited selection, they are very helpful though with finding something online if they dont have it in store and drop shipping it to your house!
