My experience was great with this florist! I had wired through them an arrangement to my very special friend. When I visited her the next day, the flowers that were sent , were really awful and nothing like the online photo I chose. I went to the florist were I placed the order(glo white) and spoke to the owner (florist) and showed her a photo I had taken of the flowers...she looked at what I chose on line and completely agreed with me. She called the wiring florist, and she was not willing to make proper amends. Glo white said they would take care of the problem and my friend would have her flowers. Two days later glo white in Huntington Beach personally delivered to Irvine the arrangement I wanted for my friend. I think this was above and beyond service....They were beautiful! She made her customer happy and cared about her reputation in the community...Thank you
