Besides the lady getting upset at my son for climbing onto a bed and my wife for not having her feet on the foot guard, she was just plain rude. She did ask if I had any questions while I was walking through the overpriced mattresses to which I replied "no", but was later shocked to find out we were looking for a bed. She argued with my wife stating that I told her I didnt have any questions which meant I wasnt shopping. Ill sleep on a straw mat before going back for a bed at this place.

Betty at Foothill Mattress has delivered outstanding customer service every time I have dealt with her. We have bought at 3 mattress over the years from her. We had an issue with one of our purchases, which she rectified immediately and beyond what I expected. Kudos to standing behind what they sell. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks
