The cashiers would rather be somewhere else, talk nonstop to each other, hardly notice I wonder if my groceries are being tallied correctly....their cashiers have changed at the Shaw location. I miss the previous cashiers. Sometimes I feel like I only shop there because because its a convenience, not because of their customer service or there prices, or food, or that theyre glad to see me. I would not mind even if one of them said "hey good to see you again". That would make my day.

This store is great. Never shopped here before except for one time 12 years ago and I hated the store. I was expecting the store to get the same but I was in for a big surprise. Some items were expensive but majority of the store is cheap. I found the employees very pleasant and helpful. I will recommend this store strongly if you are trying to stretch all your pennies.

Always a welcoming atmosphere. Employees always helpful. Witnessed an incident between unhappy customer and an Asst Mgr and was very impressed at her professionalism and meeting the customers needs while at the same time keeping to store policy. Very well run and always clean.

Grocery Outlet has some really good bargains. I shop here before I go anywhere else. I remember when it was even cheaper to shop her a few years ago but with the stores makeover, the prices went up. Its still a great place to shop first. The employees are very friendly too.
