Will neither visit this store again, nor recommend this store to friends and families. Impolite staff, Ramila P., explicitly mistreated me in front of other customers when I asked for a copy of printed return policy. The staff who was responding me very impolitely refereed me to the manager for a question and asked for the next customer in line without apologizing the customer for the wait. This location seems to have a more upscale selection than most Marshal’s. You need a lot of luck, and a lot of patient, but if you have both, you can find very good quality things for ridiculous prices. I am not here as often as I used to, but I still stop here every once in a while.

This place has some great buys. I just dont like to see future buys thrown about on the floor or broken. Customers who sop here arent so friendly or manner able. The team members are helpful but I dont usually see them straightening up or cleaning unless its near closing time.

The Encino locations staff are not very friendly. Customer services is not very pleasant. Staff are not very helpful except the new manager and the cashier personal. The womens fitting room smells horrible, the lady in charge of is does not follow proper hygiene at all.

A selection of clothing, shoes, kitchen ware, some furniture and a small collection of speciality foods. Good prices on mostly closeout goods. Store is neat and clean. Friendly checkout but few employees on the floor. Easy, free parking and wheelchair accessible.
