First impression was great! young man at front greeter or security very friendly ..... store clean found what I needed.... cashier very confusing... blocked off by messy tables with a lot of clutter... a maze to returns ..... Far left purchase cashier....waited in line seven minutes .... Only two employees working... Five minutes later ... line increased to seven people... 15 minutes waiting !!!! a young man showed up and open another cashier...... MY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE WAS THE CASHIER CALLING HUMAN BEINGS WHO WAITED IN LINE..... NEXT PURCHASE.....very insulting.. We are CUSTOMERS....... HUMAN BEINGS!!!! .. not next purchase...... How impersonal can you be.... You lost my business. .... I am a human being NOT a purchase..... TREAT ME AS ONE... NEVER PATRONAGE THIS STORE AGAIN...

Regarding what the commenter below me said, with all due respect, is false because l have been assisted by Anna many times. Anna is a very respectful worker. She told me that she learned American Sign Language to provide communication access to all Deaf customers which is amazing. That commenter commented during December, and she is obviously unaware about about how stressful and hard is to work during Christmas season in retail. Generally, many assistant managers go through hell in those months. Just giving a little background to be aware about Annas professionalism at her workplace which is superb.

Great lost prevention staff, they greet you soon as you walk into the store. The fitting room staff was great as well. The manager here (Anna) needs to be retrained, she says "next purchase please" (RUDE) its like screw me as a customer and my money is the only thing that matters. Ill be sticking with the Ross on Victory Blvd. customers clearly arent appreciated here, their out for profit not their customers, well at least thats how (Annas) making Ross customers feel. Btw the womens accessory area is a complete mess.

The reason why its a three star, is because there isnt much selection as you though it would have. Marshalls has more to offer. And the staff members here are all over the place. There needs to be more security in the front. The A/C is never working and I am sweating like a pig here. Turn the A/C a bit up please!!!!!!!

This use to be a place where you could find some real gems for really cheap prices. Unfortunately, this seems to be less and less the case. Maybe this is just the fate of department stores, but theres something about the lighting and the indifferent staff that makes this place seem kinda dystopian.

The past 3 times that I have gone there, they only have 2 cashiers. I found a bathing suit I really wanted but then I saw that there were 10 people in line and only 3 cashiers, one of them was doing returns. Why do they only have 2 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon?! I will never go there again.

Asscoiate Jocelyn was very rude over the phone. Asked about a product and she said that she could not check for me. Asked for her manager and would not let me speak to her. What kind of service and associates is this?! Will never shop at this location again.

The girl at the fitting rooms was especially great, polite, accommodating and smiled... sweet girl... dont know her name but we went on Saturday, August 26th from 9:30pm-11:00pm... whoever she is needs to be told by management how great she is!!!

Theyve been going downhill. Prices increasing and less cool stuff to be had recently. Couldnt find a lot of the clothes I usually expected to find. The food and dining section also wasnt what it used to be.

Not the greatest of Ross stores but I find their toy section to be a wide selection for all ages-infants-teens-cool stuff. My Little Pony, Ninja Turtles, Frozen, Monster High, Hello Kitty hooray!

Some friendly staff others angry that they have work. Loss prevention follows you around if you look suspect to them. Otherwise great stuff and deals, but you have to hunt them down.
