Cashier Roxy was aaaaaaamazingg. Shes petite, and adorable looking...you cannot miss her. I came into buy a whole suit today with their 40% off everything. And I found everything perfectly besides the blazer in my size :/ I also fell into a dilemma between a tie and a bowtie, she said i look like a bowtie kind of guy :p she was very helpful, I got a beautiful girls opinion on this suit, and she made my first experience coming into Express a breeze which also led me to sign up for the rewards thing since I will be here to shop more often. I waited patiently with her to order the blazer, we spoke spoke spoke and she is delightful. I highly recommend talking to her when coming in. Definitely deserves a STAR :D

Bad customer service. Clothing and accessories are disgustingly overpriced for the quality that you get. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude to my wife before she wanted to return something. Theyre your best friends when you wanna spend your money there, though. Stay away.
