רווס-כל בו המרשת את כל ארצות הברית. מוצעים בגדים, כלי בית, נעלים, תיקים, צעצועים ועוד פיצפקס מכל הבא ליד. המחירים נוחים מאוד ואפילו זולים. אפשר למצוא מידות גדולות. ישנם הרבה עודפים מחברות מפורסמות, כך שיצאתי עם בגדים אכותיים ובמחיר שפוי. אני קונה ברוס בקליפורניה בוואלי. יש כמה סניפים.

The Van Nuys Ross is the worst Ross that Ive been to. This Ross store is very very disorganized. I frequently shop at Ross. The Van Nuys Ross store does not Represent Ross Stores well at all. They should follow the awesome example of the Burbank Ross,the Las Vegas, Ross the Fresno, and Clovis Ross Stores. The Van Nuys Ross store is a mess. I was there last week and I told the manager that his Ross store is the worst Ross that ive ever seen then I Walked out. Get it together Van nuys Ross Ive seen better organized Thrift Stores.. The staff there is very rude . I tried some shirts in the fitting room but I left the hangers behind .The lady there told me to get the hangers which I did but instead of a polite , thank you from her , I got a " next time dont do it again " reply . I went with the manager and made a formal complain , but she got so defensive and told me the hanger are very important . Apparently , they care more about the hangers than their customers . Very rude and mean staff , they need new management and take some customer service classes .

If i can rate this no start I would. Because this place is so disorganized. I only come to the store when I need too. I bought a couple times some clothes for my kids and some of them are ripped from the crotch from the armpit its not even funny. I try to return it in something they dont even take it back because there was no more time and I just bought it an hour. What every I really need to learn my lesson.

Everything is always in disarray when I come, well in general all rosses and I understand that its not the employees fault, my sister used to work there, its the people that are discussing and messy, but they need more staff on hand to pick up the place and more cashiers, usually I dont buy anything thats open from there because something is gonna be missing or its used. But they do have good deals.

Great selection of clothes and shoes for men, women and children. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I dont like is that Ive noticed that theres always a lot of clothes and stuff in the floor. I know that some people throw things and dont have the decency to pick them up nor put them back to where they were but somehow they need to reorganize themselves and make it look nice again.

Two stars only because the prices are great. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful (say for instance, I wanted to purchase a large head board for a bed and couldnt even get help bringing it to the front of the store) and there are always long lines and only two or sometimes, rarely, three staff working the check out and return line. Katie, one of the cashiers, is my least favorite.

worse ROSS ever... I had something to return and a lot of items in my basket to buy. I wait 20 minutes in line for precious spend 130 bucks and the cashier made me to stand in another line for return! another cashier was on charge and gave me store credit in return! I explained that I just made a precious, wasnt it much better to use this credit back then??!!! not going back ever !

Its a Ross...messy here and there, sizes in the wrong places, not all selections in all sizes. But the clientele were okay, the selections were decent, and the prices are, like the ads say, better than department stores! The checkout gal was okay, too. This Ross was surprisingly not too shabby... on this visit, anyway.

Always a mess going here, but if you can search for the deal, go for it! The parking is big, as well as this shopping place. Most items are kept in the general areas, and of course sizing is always inconsistent. Come with an open mind and lots of patience!

It ok. They do have a lot of variety. But it is a little on the get to side. Employees have no problems hitting you with the carts they are using to out clothes away and they DO NOT say sorry or excuse me.

Discounts are good but when management tells you you can not bring a drink into the store when its 100 degrees outside its enough to make me go elsewhere to shop. She was not polite in saying also.

This Ross is so disorganized, the shelves are a complete mess, everything is thrown on the shelf. Much of the home merchandise is defective, pieces are either missing or broken.

ross is the place you go to get great clothes at a cheap price. usually at macys 2 outfits will cost about 50 or more dollars and at ross I can buy a couple outfits for 50 bucks
