Would have never gone elsewhere except for the fact that they are desperate to sell more than to keep the customer satisfied. I bought a laptop and it was priced higher than eBay, the piece was a lemon. Turned on but beyond that nothing worked properly. If I wanted a laptop that turned on I would have spent $20.00. they turned into monsters over the fact of changing it or even returning it. Customer satisfaction means nothing to them... Never will step foot in there! They are trained to screw you from the minute you walk in... dont pawn or shop there.

I purchased a set of 2 speakers for my son who is a DJ about 2 years ago, I found the price fair and customer service was great, later I returned to purchase a PS4 and I was very satisfied with that experience also. Antonio is always very nice and willing to even do price comparison with me. I have read some of the reviews here and I dont know what their expectations were but I have received 5 star service from this guys.
