I have been to this store several times. The only reason they have three starts is because many of the items that I was looking for were not in stock. The first time was for a bike, they did not have the Barbie bike that we were looking for, but the guy gave us a Barbie bike to go along with the bike that we bought (that was the most important part for my daughter). Next, we were looking for particular roller blades (the princess ones that were adjustable) and the lady at customer service looked when they were getting their next shipment in and even looked at other stores to tell me which ones had them in stock and printed out phone numbers for me. They were all very friendly and I would definitely go there again.

We went to the Chino Babies R Us last night around 7:45 with our 3 month baby. We walked up with the car seat only to find no shopping carts were available, they were all outside. Also the entrance door jammed, literally wouldnt budge and was less than halfway open. My husband pushed it open to allow us to walk into the store. We notified an associate and still were not offered a cart. We then Walked back outside and tracked down a cart and pushed open the jammed door again. Had we not needed the baby supplies we would have left immediately.

Customer service was absolutely disgusting! "Manager" with her backwards me, (could still hear her "whispering") told the male service "attendant" to tell me unfortunately we do not have the kiddie pool, knowing full well they had earlier stated the store contained 32, if the manager cant handle the inventory and fix the god-awful disgusting service, step down B$%%. Will send a nice letter to corporate...DISGUSTED WITH THE CUSTOMERER SERVICE HERE.

I was at the toys r us in Redlands and got an item thats was on sell and unfortunately it wasnt available. The lady search in the area but nothing. She said to call the one in chino hills but its a drive. So I called and they had said they did have it so we made the drive turns out they didnt. They made us wait for a while to look for it and nothing. Next time make sure you now you products that you customers ask for specifically by name!

I called to see if they had a specific item in stock. They checked for me and found it online.I asked if they could order in-store for me. I was informed I had to go to the store to order it. Otherwise I could order it as an online purchase. With friendly customer service. My item will be in stock shortly. Patience is a virtue.

We went somewhat late, around 8, but the staff was nice. Greeted us when we got in, and goodbyes when we left. Not much staff on site, only saw 2 or 3 different staff members. Pretty large location and is shared with babies r us.

I had looked for toy for my nephew any found this store. This is cozy and small place but they have big selection different toys. The staff knows their stuff. I will come with my nephew next time he will be happy.

Its a Toys "R" Us. Expect to pay a bit more because of the name. On the bright side, it is a Toys and Babys R Us in one location. Just be patient if you ask employees where you can find certain products.

Best place for kids hands down. I took my nephew on his birthday and the manager had Jeffrey the garraf gave him a bday crown and a balloon and a huge hug, absolutely made his day.
