Holly and Christian nailed it today, great customer service and the latitude to make decisions on the spot, note Im not saying quick decision but took ownership of the purchase and exchange. They acted professional, advocating for purchase and made the sale a pleasant exchange. I cannot count the number of times a representative having a bad day or just giving poor service has derailed a purchase simply by being irresponsible or un-purposeful in the process. This place has the coolest stuff, we make excuses to come here, like yesterday i wanted to have some tea, so in the next hour, i found myself checking out everything in the store, i could stay there all day. :D
