Will NEVER use this florist again! I wanted to surprise my mother on Valentines Day with flowers since she is alone now....I waited for her call all day, nothing....called Tulipmania who said they were delivered, called my mom and she had NO idea what I was talking about! I called tulipmania back and was hung up on twice (didnt answer) just hung up...finally got through and the girl said she was going to deliver them now! WHAT?! SCREW you, will NEVER use this florist again! I was under the impression all day my mother would get a good Valentine surprise, paid a lot of money for nothing!

The front entry can be a little intimidating, and once you step inside it feels like a flower shop out of harry potter (or an herbology lab). but dont be shy! The owner was very friendly. After a few questions, she was able to put together a custom bouquet for my wife. The flowers were natrual and very fresh and lasted a couple weeks with the extra food packets she tucked into the wrapping. The flowers were not cheap, but if you want cheap flowers go to walgreens or P&S. (no offense, i love walgreens, but flowers shouldnt have dye applied to them)

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Feb 5, 2015 In the end it was shy of $200. I being from another country counted on them to provide a decent sized display considering this was upper range of prices. My spouse attended the funeral and said it was pathetically small compared to the other arrangements and that it looked like it was worth $80. This is embarrassing. A young man died in a tragic accident and my flowers looked awful. I would never order from them again. I plan to call them and speak to the manager to express my dissatisfaction.

Called in the morning to have a bouquet made for a closing I had that afternoon. Said it would be ready by 230pm. I show up and she isnt there and when she shows a few minutes later she rushes to make the whole thing because she hadnt even started it. So while shes working, Im waiting and writing this review.

Terrible. I didnt payed 40 dollars to have 4 flowers put in a vase for my mother. I could have gone to pick n save for a full and actual bouquet. They obviously dont care for all of their customers. I will never go there again, and tell everyone I know not to go there.
