I have ordered flowers from here a few times in the past. They always have good romantic arrangements, and all the recipients have loved the bouquets. They are not the cheapest by far, but if you want a simple and sweet arrangement to brighten someones day, they are great! I have bought their mothers day arrangements ($40 with basket), bouquets for birthdays ($15-$20) and they were all great. However, sometimes the blooms dont last long, and the roses dont open up. Overall, a good buy to impress dates and moms. You could tell the flowers come from a boutique florist and not Dominicks or Jewel.:-)

Asked for my flowers to be a surprise. First thing delivery man did was call girlfriend to tell her flower delivery was on the way. Shorted me one flower. Delivery man was rude when asked about situation. Flowers looked old and not fresh at $3 a rose. All in all a horrible result on something that should have been very enjoyable for both the giver and receiver. Would never recommend or use them again.

We always buy from Deerfield Florist! They are great at exotic arrangements! I can always count on them to arrange something gorgeous. My friends always ask where I got the flowers from, and its no secret. I send them there. We used them for my kids weddings, and the orchids in tall clear towers was AMAZING! They even used wires, fishing line, and LED lights.

I WAS IN YOUR STORE THE DAY SOME LUNITIC NAMED STEVE CAME IN..I HAVE BEEN IN YOUR FLOWER SHOP MANY TIMES IN THE LAST 6 YEARS .I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH YOUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICE, AND FEEL THIS STEVE GUY WAS RUDE AND JUST TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. I had a very bad experience here. When I called to ask a question about my order, they were very rude to me. So I cancelled the order and when I checked for the same arrangement online, I found not one, not two but 5 florists nearby, carrying the exact same arrangement for almost $30 less!!!

Forget the details...the arrangement was delivered late, we were not notified of delivery problems. The flowers in the arrangement were not as promised, and the arrangement delivered was overpriced. We had to argue with the merchant just to get a marginal credit for our dissatisfaction.

Price is slightly high, but well worth it for its service. Called a few times to confirm delivery time and order, not once was the staff ever rude to me. Flowers arrived on time as promised. Definitely recommend them to others and would use again! Thanks
