A recent note from a new customer: 5/17/13 "While searching for funeral flowers I came across your shop, but read 2 bad reviews. When looking at other shops in your area, I noticed almost the exact same reviews. Being in the marketing business, I wondered if this was an unfortunate example of a competitor writing negative posts about their competion. (It happens more than people like to think.) I decided to call the funeral home for a recommendation and they suggested you. The lady on the phone when I called couldnt have been nicer and the flowers were beautiful. Flowers by jan is a fantastic flower shop. I have called many times for orders that are not always simple, (long distance deliveries, short notice orders). However complicated my order was it was always handled professionally and my short notice apologies were rebuffed with a smile and assurance that it is not a problem. In addition to the outstanding service, the flowers are top quality and stay colorful and blooming for a long time. This personal treatment that each and every customer is treated with along with the outstanding flowers is what makes this the best flower shop Milwaukee has to offer. I ordered flowers from TX to be delivered to my child at school. I saw the arrangement later through pictures and I was extremely impressed with how well it looked like the online photo. The flowers had large blooms and it looked great and arrived before noon. Idk how much my child loved it but I wouldnt have minded ordering the flowers for myself. Thank you Flowers by Jan. The Army is past of my life and you help my long distance relationship with my children, with your beautiful flowers and prompt service. Honestly, I was speechless when I walked in to see my venue on my wedding day, I couldnt believe it! Wendy made my very specific vision come to life- the flowers were truly stunning and better than I could have ever imagined!! Our family ordered flowers for a dear friends funeral. When we arrived at the church, we noticed the bouquet of half dead looking flowers. We spent over $300 for 2 arrangements. Everyone commented on how awful they looked. The only reason we went through Flowers by Jan is because the funeral home suggested it. Never again. Not to mention, the undertaker became defensive when we brought it to his attention. Terrible. When you spend that kind of money on flowers, you expect something beautiful. Complete opposite in this case.

We Called Jan because we have an uncle in the hospital, she not only managed to get the flowers that i wanted, to him THE SAME DAY but she has excellent AND I MEAN ABOVE and BEYOND excellent prices. the flowers look so amazing that our uncle cant stop showing them off! made the world off difference and will definitely keep recommending Flowers By Jan everytime!!!

They did a funeral arrangement on August 9th. My friend Diane J was at Rozga-Wallach funeral home. I picked the violet plant and had them add some sunflowers.it was absolutely beautiful. Just what I explained over the phone. Maybe even better. Will definitely use then again. Thank You.

I scheduled flowers to be delivered, but this florist discovered after delivering them, that my intended recipient was out of town. They went back to retrieve them and are scheduling a second delivery with my friend, at a more convenient date for her. Such service!
