What started out as a not so pleasant delivery from Addison Floral was changed into a pleasant one. I placed an order over the phone for a person at work and used their website to choose an arrangement. When it arrived it looked nothing like the photo. My director called to complain and when he did they remedied the issue immediately. They delivered a new arrangement that better fit what we were looking for and the amount we spent and had it to us in less than 2 hours. This is what customer service is all about. They definitely made it up to us and made our co-worker very happy when she received the new arrangement.

Expensive for what you get. I set a $65 dollar limit for an arrangement and vase. At any other florist what I received would have been worth probably $50. The flowers that did come with the bouquet were obviously fresh and very vibrant, so the quality is there at least.
