Flower were fine BUT 11 months later we were charged too! Terrible phone etiquette and hung up on my wife!! Same as below, said they did and audit and no apology, credit, or anything. Worst florist ever - DO NOT USE THEM.

Nice flowers but the bill posted to our account 18 months later with out any notice. There was no courtesy call to inform us of their error that was recognized after an internal audit of their account.

Horrible place! I hadnt noticed that I wasnt charged & they sent me a letter from a lawyer about a potential lawsuit! How is their mistake my fault? Bad business!

My flowers were beautiful and great customer service!!!!!! They are the only florist i will use.
