Amazing work and service!! Working with Julie on my wedding day flowers was a real fun and easy process. She truly cared about making our day special and creating arrangements that where even more beautiful then what we imagined. Since the first day you meet with Julie, she makes you feel like she is part of your family and is excited to work with you through out the process. She was very patient and eager to listen to all of my ideas and was a very creative individual to work with. Everything that she created for our wedding was simply beautiful, from the bouquets, boutonnieres to centerpieces and aisle arrangements. Not only were they beautiful but also great quality and the price was very reasonable. Julie was present through out my wedding day ensuring that everything was set and ready for the day and of course everything worked out perfect! Again the quality of the flowers was so amazing that after coming back from our honeymoon over a week after our wedding the flowers still looked fresh and perfect. I can’t say enough about the quality of both the staff and flowers!!! Thanks to Grande Flowers what I envisioned for my wedding came true. Thanks again!!! -Yuni

Absolutely Wonderful! Julie was a real treat to work with. In a world where customer service is barely breathing, it was refreshing to meet and work with Julie, who has a true passion for her industry. From the first meeting, the folks at Grande Flowers showed genuine interest in my wedding and the overall look that I was going for. I have a very busy, hectic life, so having Julies knowledge and expertise made it easier for me to plan for the wedding flowers without any added stresss. Julie was even able to help me add additional flowers less than three weeks before the wedding and she was personally there on the day of the wedding to make sure that things went off without a hitch (and it were perfect!). Another amazing side note about the level of service/quality that Grande Flowers brings to the table. As of today, some of the wedding flowers are still alive (my wedding was April 30- over a month ago)! I cant say enough how amazing and fresh the quality of the flowers were. According to their website, the store is CLOSED today (Thursday, December 1st). Logged on well before 4pm too. What?!?! I just called another geographically close florist as well, and while the owner was a pleasure to speak with...he claimed there was no way that he could accommodate my request for a bouquet of roses, etc. Not only today, but not even tomorrow as well. Once again...what?!?! Looks like theres a significant business opportunity for someone interested in opening a flower shop within the Whitefish Bay/Shorewood area. One could conquer the market with appropriate hours of operation, solid work ethic, and quality customer service. It appears business is just too plentiful and margins way too high catering to weddings and funerals, so the average birthday flower arrangement in the $90+ tier is just not that appealing. Disappointed to say the least!

This store has been a go-to place for me for the past 2 years to get flowers for special occasions. The owners have always provided helpful suggestions in putting something nice together, the final results are brilliant and are delivered on time. Ive also picked out a few premade arrangements on a whim that looked great. My Wife and I used Grande Flowers for our wedding and we were very happy with the results. The owners helped us put together centerpieces, bouquets, corsages and boutineers that looked great and fit our budget. The owner we worked with primarily, Julie, did a great job responding to our communications and made sure everything was set up on time, and had no problem incorporating some special materials we had purchased into the centerpieces. On Grande Flowers website, the About Us section ends with "We are truly a family owned business who will treat you like family." This statement is fact, and Ive experienced it firsthand. When my friend lost her beloved pet, I wanted to send flowers. It was a Saturday morning, a half hour before closing, when I strolled into Grande Flowers and met Julie. The delivery person was already gone on the last round, and I missed my chance to have the flowers delivered. But Julie understood how important this was to me. She not only created a special floral arrangement featuring the small sentimental ornament I brought in, but she delivered the flowers herself after she closed the shop. I will bring all my business to Julie. She is family!!

I ordered a arrangements and gave my specifications. when I arrived to pick up my order the florist probably the owner was very rude and condescending. The arrangement was nothing like I described. Instead of the florist being polite he turns to me and says " I could have sold this twice over so if u dont want it thats fine!" I said fine and walked out. Immediately called Mari florist on Brady street. She made the most wonderful arrangement I ever seen and she is the sweetest person I ever met. She has magic hands when it comes to arranging exotic flowers . If u want professionalism love and care visit Maris flower shop on Brady street. If u want a bad attitude and the run of the mill arrangements go to Grande Flowers.

I needed to order flowers for my sisters birthday and saw the great reviews for Grande Flowers, so decided to give them a try. The woman I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer! She was extremely friendly and helpful, and although I wont be there to see the flowers, I feel extremely confident that they will be beautiful! After telling her about my sister, she suggested a cube arrangement and said that for younger people, they usually do sunflowers or gerber daiseys. Sounded perfect to me! I will definitely call here again if I need flowers delivered in Milwaukee. Keep up the great work!!!

DONT look anywhere else! I cannot recommend Grande Flowers enough! Julie was amazing to work with. She listened to what I wanted and really saw my vision plus she made sure to work with my budget. I dont even think I ever showed her a picture of an example of what I wanted; yet on the day of the wedding she showed up to the church with the bouquets I had dreamed of! Some how she knew exactly what I wanted. She really knows her customers and listens to what they want. Our wedding was beautiful with the help of Julie and Grande Flowers. THANK YOU JULIE!

The flowers for our wedding were absolutely gorgeous. I walked in to the appointment with only the idea that I didnt want conventional wedding flowers. No roses, no calla lilies. I wanted bright, bold colors, yet still elegant and sophisticated. She sat down with me, listened to what I wanted, suggested floral types when I wasnt sure and everything turned out fantastic! Julie has a great eye for arrangements. She was very patient with a few last-minute changes, and it didnt hurt that the prices are very reasonable. :)

I absolutely loved the flowers that Grande Flowers provided for our wedding! I wasnt really sure what I wanted and I told them to be creative and come up with something wonderful. That is exactly what they did and more! I was so impressed with my bride bouquet and it was so unique. I didnt know you could do those things with flowers, I cant even begin to describe it because I dont know how to put it in words. If this review sounds really over the top, thats because the flowers were really that amazing.
