I had the good fortune of working with Aziza this past Valentines Day. My fiance had just broken up with me on account of suspected infidelity; because she had found out I had a second V-Day dinner with her friend scheduled. It wasnt exactly what it seemed but the point is I was in the doghouse! Shed said she needed space and time to process, which I of course realized was code for "lets start the breakup process". Despite my best efforts, I just couldnt get through to her. I tried everything from offering to go 50/50 on couples therapy, to saying I was sorry, to calling her friend and telling her I never want to speak to her again thanks for ruining my marriage and hanging up then removing her number from my favorites. None of that worked! If anything it just made her more upset! Normally I think shes cute when shes mad but not this time! She even threw my cat across the room to show how mad she was. (The cat is fine, just stressed from the ordeal.) So I was down and out, literally kicking a can down the street, on the verge of crying for the first time since I saw "Click" nine years ago. As fortune would have it, I happened past this store. I saw they sold fresh fruit smoothies. I thought what the heck, I could use a good smoothie to cheer myself up. Then I remembered, my girl loves fruit! And she loves chocolate too! Not to mention teddy bears. I thought that maybe if I sent her an arrangement it would fix our marriage. The owner of the store Aziza was kind enough to not only put together such a beautiful arrangement you wouldnt believe... but she was even so kind as to help me write her an ideal message and ensure the arrangement was delivered ASAP, even though it was Valentines Day! Long story short, my marriage isnt happening and my fiance left me. But she still ate the fruit and kept the bear and said that if I had done things like this in the past and not cheated on her that it would have worked out. So let that be a word of advice to anyone reading. Dont wait to show the one you love how you feel until its too late. Tell them now! Who even needs a holiday?! I wish someone had given me this advice before but its okay, because Ive learned from my mistake and now I I am going to send every person I am feeling romantic toward an arrangement. I even sent one to my mom and she loved it too. Five stars.

I ordered an arrangement for delievery on Valentines day four days before. It was supposed to be delievered to my husband at his job (which is right up the street from them) and it was never delivered. I recieved an order receipt that allowed me to track the order online. All day it said that my order was "being arranged". At around 2:00 I became worried that it might not make it to him in time so I called. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was never able to talk to anyone. I also tried the 800 customer service line and e-mailing and those were even worse. Finally, when I got out of work I head over there and asked where my order was. Everyone I dealt with just acted like it was the most normal thing in the world that it hadnt been delivered and that it was no big deal. I have never seen such awful customer service in my life. I know it was Valentines Day and that they were busy but if Im spending $55 on a box of strawberries then I expect it to get there (right up the freakin street!) on time. Or I would AT LEAST expect someone to answer the phone. I will never order from them again.

My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries for me for Valentines. I got home from work and he asked if I had gotten anything delivered. He wasnt very happy when I told him no. Turns out the truck with my delivery in it was towed. They never called him to tell him what happened. I didnt get the order until Wednesday 2/19/14 after my husband called to find out where it was. Then when I bring it home he tells me thats not what he ordered. It was supposed to have a teddy bear too. I emailed the company about it and they called him back stating that he was wrong that wasnt what he ordered. He said they were nothing but rude. After all this they said he could get the teddy bear if he came down to the store and got it. We will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I called to place an order for pick up and the women on the phone was very helpful, she made choosing an arrangement so simple considering when going on the website there are so many arrangements to choose from. When I arrived at the store to pick up my arrangement I was surprised to see that they also offer smoothies, parfaits, and fruit salads, the young woman behind the counter offered me a courtesy smoothie while I waited for my arrangement to be wrapped since I had arrived earlier than the time I was suppose to. I would definitely order from this location again and be making frequent stops for smoothies because it was delicious.

This is the best Edible Arrangements I have ever experienced. I live on the east coast and have had multiple problems with the ones that I use over here for business. Luckily this store in Milwaukee is the one that I use for family and friends. They are very nice, helpful, and fast. They even gave me a free pop on one of the arrangements. I really appreciate your excellent customer service.
