Mt. Prospect Flowers did both of my daughters weddings which happened to be only 9 months apart.(June 30, 2012 & March 23, 2013) Agnes is the most professional, kind, caring, accommodating & enjoyable person we have ever worked with. From our very first appointment with Agnes, we knew that she was the right fit for us. She is one in a million! A true master of her craft. Agness attention to detail is unsurpassed. The brides bouquets blew us away. We have not seen anything more beautiful anywhere. It doesnt matter if you have no idea what you want or if you know exactly what you envision, Agnes will bring your dreams to life. She will work with any idea and budget. Her communication and artistic skills are outstanding and the quality of the flowers are phenomenal! They lasted for 2 full weeks after the weddings. If you are worried about how the centerpieces will look, dont be. Agnes will create one for you a month before the wedding and you can change it to your liking. You can see exactly what you are getting prior to the event. The day of the wedding the centerpieces, bouquets and all other associated flowers you ordered will exceed your expectations. All of the staff at MP Flowers were courteous, prompt & reliable. Excellent customer service. We highly recommended Mt. Prospect Flowers at all levels for any event. No need to shop around. Mount Prospect Flowers was our wedding florist, and I couldnt be happier with their work! Agnes was so great to work with. It was clear from the beginning that she knows what shes doing. For any details I was unsure about, I looked to her for advice, and it always turned out that her advice was spot on. She also worked with me to keep our floral arrangements within my budget, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the wedding, not only was everything delivered right on time, but it was all absolutely perfect. From the bouquets, to the placecard table flowers, to the centerpieces - everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Agnes and Mount Prospect Flowers to other brides! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and made our wedding day all the more memorable!

Bait and switch. I ordered 3 carnation wrist corsages for Easter. On Saturday I showed up and they said that they did not have carnations small enough for the wrist corsage and all they had was 5 small roses. Of course they charged me for 5 roses, not 1 carnation like I ordered. I placed my order several days ahead of time and picked them up on Holy Saturday. I had no choice but to pay for roses since it was the day before Easter and every year I buy my wife and daughters wrist corsages. I ended up paying double what I ususally pay for at Pesches. Big mistake! Plus the owners were smoking in the flower shop. A flower shop should smell like flowers, not cigarette smoke.

This shop cancelled my order and did not bother to call me. I saw an email much later, but by then it was too late. The email gave no explanation as to why and somehow assumed I would actually do business with them going forward as there was a request in the email to call the shop and set up another delivery day. The email came hours after I made the order but for something such as a cancellation, I would have expected a call. They have ruined this special occasion. When I called the shop, the clerk was unable to understand my complaint and kept asking if I was cancelling. Very disappointing. I only give one star because they dont let you award zero.

Agnes and her team did an amazing job with the flowers for my grandmas funeral. The flowers were more beautiful than words could describe. Agnes was extremely accommodating the day we planned the flowers with her designer because our minds changed a few times into the evening. The flowers were delivered on time, brought us all a smile during this difficult time in our families life and made sure we were happy with everything. I would recommend her flowers and services for any of your flower needs.

I ordered two dozen roses for my engagement party, and was so excited because of all the great reviews I read. My sister went to pick up the flowers and when she arrived at the restaurant to help me setup I was extremely disappointed with how they looked. Half of them were bruised, wilting, and practically dead! Needless to say, I will not be using them for my wedding.

I wanted to thank you for the gorgeous floral arrangements for our wedding. The hydrangeas were beautiful with the antique pink petals and I adored my peony bouquet! Even the guys loved their “manly” flowers too!
