My husband and I stopped in to check the place out. We were impressed immediately by the selection, the complimentary Valentine coffee, and the incredibly friendly staff. We ended walking out with a dinner kit to make pork belly bahn mi sandwiches. They were delicious! Came with easy to follow instructions, perfectly measured ingredients, and a very detailed ingredients list. A perfect, locally supplied alternative to Blue Apron. So impressed! This is now officially our meat spot.

Visited once and Im sold. The atmosphere is warm and rustic. Its very clean and well organized. The staff is laid back and extremely helpful. They got my wife the lard shes been looking for forever and fed my eyes with a wide assortment of meats and will certainly feed my belly with...what appears to be wonderful pork belly. Im in love.

Went here for the first time yesterday. They have some of the highest quality meat in the city of Milwaukee. The hyper local philosophy and friendly attitude will hopefully make this a staple in Wauwatosa for many many years! Not to mention the hot beef jerky is delicious!
