Best steak I ever had came from CP. Im not exaggerating either. This is self cooked or from a resturant. Ribeye I seasoned w salt pepper and garlic powder. Let sit on counter for an hr. Grilled to med.rare. let rest 6to7 mins. Awsome. Great service Knowledgeable staff Friendly Great Meat 10 in my book

Stopped by today to get a couple of fillets,,,,, no luck--- had to buy the whole loin,,,,really? I thought a butcher shop would hand cut it for you,,, spending 20 dollars a pound and all,,will never give them my bussiness---
