OMG! I asked the guy behind the counter at Wheaton Meat Market what he would buy to fix the best Corned Beef and Cabbage he had ever had. He recommended the corned beef tri-tip. It came with a bag of pickling spices. I followed the directions that came with the corned beef, except that I added 2 bottles of beer to the water. The last words on the printed directions were, "Best Corned Beef Ever...game over." Couldnt have said it better myself. This WAS the best corned-beef we ever ate. It was tender and juicy. This is the only corned beef I will ever buy again.

Absolutely great service and excellent products. I shopped there for my second time last week, bought the chicken wings. I seasoned them with their homemade stuff for an hour, grilled them, coated with buffalo sauce, grilled a little more - perfection!

A+ Quality butcher shop in downtown Wheaton. You cant find places like this anymore and to find a good one like Wheaton Meat Market is a rare find. Great selection and superior quality. Check this place out.
