Was in the store this past Saturday to ask my options regarding a broken phone screen. After setting up a "genius bar" appointment and having it start 45 minutes later than planned, the "genius" that helped me didnt listen to my answer when she asked what was wrong with my phone and then directed me to the 1-800-my-apple number to field a question about how to replace a screen. As it turns out, you cant replace it, which we discovered from a fellow CUSTOMER. After trying to buy a new one and being told they were out and to "just keep calling" to see when they had a new one. I called immediately and was told they had a couple and to come right in, so when i walked to the counter expecting to be able to buy one they then said they were out. Terrible customer service. Be on time for your appointments or dont make them. If you cant help, tell me in the first 5 minutes, dont make me wait 45 and then sit for another 20.

Rockett Sammich

Kind of ghetto, trashy and tacky. Common areas are dirty, grimy and overused. Trash cans are always overflowing. Parking lot aisles are too small and not intuitive, leading the already-not-that-smart drivers to go in through the out lanes and vice versa. The kids play area near JCPenny ensures that youll be treated to the sound of squeals, screams and tantrums echoing throughout the entire property. Friday and Saturday evenings are a real treat with the legions of unsupervised youth prowling the place. If you have actual money to spend and want to feel safe and not like youre being stalked by gangster teens, go to Hilldale instead.

Between West and East Towne, West has the better stores, but also has the bigger crowds. West Towne has the more high end stores, Apple, William Sonoma, places where you are going to pay the premium. In general it is a safe mall, but of late a lot of hooligans have started hanging out there more and causing issues. There is a new Cheesecake Factory restaurant opening soon, so that will bring in more people, bigger crowds and much less park. Parking is the other issues with this place, not enough of it. They really should build a ramp in the back to make it less of a hike to and from the mall.

With the Boston store, and their large Ralph Lauren department, always a sale, and when they have a sale, its bargain hunters delight!Another store named "BUCKLE" if you are tall and thin like I am 30/34 they have a great store for us tall thin guys! They realize that not everyone has to be a 32/34 ( if your lucky to find that in other stores. Its a great store for all tall and thin guys! They sell age appropriate jeans for guys (Im 53) who are still hip in their jean style! Apple is in the mall as is coach and other higher end specialty stores like Williams Sonoma!

Good variety of places, from Cheesecake Factory, to Apple Store, to Eddie Bauer (and the regulars like Boston Store and Victorias Secret). Kids always seem to have fun in the play area. Bathrooms are normal mall bathrooms and parking lot has some bumps, is usually busy, but does have some expecting mother parking. Also public roads around the mall can be tricky to get in and out. Its nice that there is a Kohls, Best Buy, and grocery store just across the way. (Personal note: I wish there were places in the mall friendly to breastfeeding mommas.)

As malls go, its OK. Its certainly better than Madisons East Side counterpart. The food court has gotten worse over the years but I assume thats at least in part due to over priced leasing. There are a few other more full scale restaurants that have moved in that kind of makes up for that, but theyre overpriced for what they are. They could use a little bit more diversity in the retail stores but it could be worse. As you may be able to tell, malls are not really my thing. But as malls go its a pretty good one.

I seldom visit the West Town Mall, I would like to but the restrooms are not disability friendly. So the mall, which might be fun for me to shop or have lunch is not an option. I had help to get inside the Mall, via a handwheel chair, to get to phone companys kiosk. I also question the design of rest room on food court side, is just too small & with no proper doors & no constant survelance from security, is just not worth the bother of visiting this mall.

A fairly run of the mill mall with an average/decent selection of shops. Its usually never too crowded if you avoid the heavy shopping times, which I consider to be a big plus. Bonus Tip: Great place to come to eat. Not only do they have a pretty good food court, but there are also seven restaurants there as well, the newest of which is a Cheesecake Factory.

I used to love shopping at West Towne Mall, but with the string of crime lately, I dont feel safe going in to shop. They have a great selection of stores, but the food court could use a little restructuring. Its a bit congested. I am just not that much of a mall person. I like the addition of new stores but there is just always so many people shopping.

Really great mall. Its the only place i can go to get my favorite coffee because the coffee place closed in the mall close to me. Everything is nice and clean and they have a good selection of stores. I really like that there is aplay area for kids so that parents can have a little relaxation when they are out shoppi g with young children.

Its a nice open mall thats good for a walk, shopping, or grabbing a bite to eat. The prices are reasonably good wherever and there are multiple small kiosks with other services that vary throughout the year. The only thing that isnt so great about this mall is that it is generally quite crowded as it is in a busier area of Madison.

Common areas are run down and missing directories (theyre ads instead) make wandering the halls trying to find the store youre looking for challenging at best. Map in Google Maps is out of date despite the changes being over 6 months old. Stores are quality though, just close your eyes while youre getting there.

Its a mall. Theres really not much else to say, Im sure you know exactly what to expect at malls. However, it negatively impacts the ambiance when the abundance of those people are idiots. Store selection is good, but dont expect to find any fancy shops here for high-end stuff. Overall, it was bearable.

I havent been to a mall for awhile drove 2 hours to get to this one. Worth the drive. It was every bit of a mall I remember. Not show off huge. But It has all the main stores Anyone would exspect to see. Very friendly people, happy, good customer service,just an over all great time at this mall!

Personally, were not a fan. The stores are not really ones were that interested in, and the lot sizes are small for most of the stores. Its also kind of a strange shape. Every time weve gone here for something, weve left empty handed. Its clean and easy to park though.
