Wonderful place to visit in town for a Memphian or for tourist. Upscale to low priced shops. Plenty to choose to eat in the big food area especially if have multiple children along as well as many miniature playgrounds to allow their imagination take flight or socialize safely. All walks of life daily visit for simple pleasure of exercises and spa treatments or even to pay a extremely low fee for riding famous Wolf chase carousel or Bunji experience. Also in same area there is a theater to enjoy too. So many secrets here that I encourage you and family to visit for experience will not forget. Also wheelchair accessible or stroller rentals. Great service and very clean place.Enjoy!

The life cycle of the American mall -- growth, maturity, decline and death. Wolfchase Galleria has entered the decline phase. I went in early evening, and was greeted by hip hop wafting from a barbershop. The food court felt tired, employees there were dreary and unmotivated. Never did I feel unsafe; many customers were friendly. Many kids, most well behaved. Some unsmiling young men, but no overt aggression. Anchor stores were all present, but some smaller stores were low rent, with big sales. But the atmosphere felt tired and overall unwelcoming. The decline has not advanced far, but I predict that in five to seven years, it will begin to feel like Hickory Ridge Mall.

We bring tour buses here are we did the food court misses our business cause we get put on notice as soon as we get not to park here are there even if the lot is wide open we use to bring the military here but even they seen how we was treated even when some could not walk far alway to the bus and school kids made to walk to bus in traffic in stead of letting us pull up to pick up hope the food court sees this and let the mall know its cost them business and the other stores we are mostly welcome when we bring 200 plus pp to any other mall can we spell r u d e I could understand if in any way we was in the way but that wasnt the case

Of the remaining malls in Memphis, Wolfchase is probably the top contender. Of course, you have the carousel which is fun for my toddler. What I like most is that in the family restrooms they have designated "Nursing Rooms" so you can breastfeed your baby in privacy and comfort. The food court has a pretty decent selection and theres a nice variety of stores ranging from Macys, to teen-twentysomethings apparel, and beauty chains, etc. It is a two story mall with escalators as well as elevators if you need wheel chair/stroller accessibility. Overall, my favorite mall in Memphis.

Wolfchase Galleria is kind of the de facto mall for Memphis. There are a nice selection of shops but one of my favorites, fossil, is going out of business. Also, the mall doesnt feel as safe as it could. The security officers do not look as attentive as they should, especially and running around on their segues. In the one year that I have been living in Memphis, I know of one smashing grab that happened at a jewelry shop there. Does inspire a lot of confidence. Also, most of the interactions Ive had with the employees at the food court have been dismal.

Ive been going here since I was a teenager. Its always been a nice and safe place with kind people and allot of shops/things to do. The food court has a great selection, too. Even if you arent planning on spending money, this is a nice place to spend an afternoon. (I enjoy taking my sketchbook here and relaxing.) I have know clue what the person claiming the "people scare the crap out of me." is talking about unless they just cant handle balanced diversity.

We are visiting from out of state and were "ify" about stopping into this mall because of all of the bad reviews. We went at 10a on a Monday and we had no problems at all. Easy parking and good amount of diversity at the mall and a big selection of stores to choose from. Merry-go-round was awesome and so was the food court. Overall we loved it! Only downside was the kids playground area was dirty and tattered looking. Doesnt look like its very well maintained.

This mall was great when I was a teenager but has really gone down hill as far as safety. It looks good and is fairly clean, but there are always mischievous things happening here. For example, recently some teenagers ran through the mall and someone screamed gun sending the mall on lock down. Ive heard of numerous instances of cars being broken into. Just not what it used to be. If you go, I recommend going with at least 3 other people for safety concerns.

This mall is the worst mall Memphis has to offer. This is the biggest mall in Memphis which is why people rushed to it. This mall put good malls out of business such as the Raleigh Springs Mall and The Mall of Memphis. The food court needs an upgrade and they only have female clothing stores a few male clothing stores a GameStop, and a Best buy mobile. The stores around the mall have better quality items and parking spots available.

If they would let me carry my legally possessed firearm onto their property that would be swell. But no, because of a few bad apples that could care less about a sign with a gun through it on the door we shall all suffer. These folks better get their act together or they will be the next Raleigh Springs Mall.

Still nice, not ghetto yet! (Just give it time, like Hickory Ridge mall). Lots of descent stores & Macys, pennys, etc. But, not enough bathrooms!! They put them by the food court, so you will have to walk by all the food....Ive almost peed my pants, because I refuse to walk that far. But, yes, mall is good..

Best mall in Memphis. Park by the food court or cheesecake factory, thats where they usually have a police sky cam (not sure what its called, has a blue light shining on top) for added safety. Ladies, dont park next to vans or large vehicles with limousine tint (tint too dark to see the interior).

Wolfchase Galleria they have stuff to theyre not too expensive it just depends on what you buy up out of there like watches and jewelry and stuff like that they probably a little bit high on that but popcorn and stuff like that then you can buy that cheaper and I also have wheelchair accessories

Its almost identical to the mall in Brentwood, a suburb of Nashville. I realized that they were owned by the same company after researching the topic. What can I say? Its a mall. It has a nice mix of high end retail along with regular stores, so its enjoyable for the general public.

Found a professional hairdresser, who actually knew about natural hair in JC Penney. The people were pleasant. I got a chance to visit a store I have never seen before and was wonderfully surprised by the prices. I was able to get some from the food Court and it was tasty.

Used to be an excellent mall but getting a bit scary lately. Sometimes there will be roving gangs of young toughs trying to prove they have something between their legs. Best time to go: Sunday around noon. I guess all the thugs sleep late. Worst time to go: Saturday anytime.
