This is the second time Ive been to this location and it never seems to be by choice. They are never interested in helping with what Im looking for or they have a bad stuck up attitude when I or my friends have any returns or exchanges. They seem to spend most of their time talking to each other then paying attention to their guest or the many empty product boxes in there travel size area. This last experience that I had today was just unbelievable to me. I went into this location today with a friend so she could return something. We both know the policy here since she does work as a freelancer for a makeup line they carry. She came in looking to exchange the product and the guy at the cash wrap told her that their system had been down for MONTHS. So he would be unable to look up her item or receipt. This is insane to me! There is no way a company like this would have their reward system down for MONTHS. I usually let a bad attitude slide because we all have our bad days but this was pure rude and laziness. The store was DEAD and they had no interest in helping. This store needs a face life for sure when it comes to their employees
