First of all they only give you 60 days To pick up your item if it doesnt sell. I made the mistake of putting the wrong date in my phone. I was 16 days late from there 5 day grace period. Thats my fault yes. They take almost half of what your item sells for. Their organization is horrible, if you dont have your contract number they cant even find out who you are. The contract number they gave me wasnt even the right amount of number. I was told I would be called back and they never did. I had to call back just to find out that I missed my date of pick up so now the dress belongs to them and Im just out of luck. I do not recommend this place to anyone personally should report them to the Better Business Bureau horrible experience

I dont think Ive ever been treated so poorly as a customer. A friend and myself came here to find a formal dress for our upcoming cruise and the young woman working there was absolutely no help. We were picking our dresses and she flipped out Bc we had our dress draped over our arm, then if we found a dress it was either A. We couldnt rent it because it was too long (whatever that means) or B it was rented out. she was short, snipping and acted like we were inconveniencing her to be there. Ive never left somewhere where I had good money to spend and treated this way. If maybe she had been a bit nicer I would have ordered a dress and rented a Tux for my husband. I will no be back.

Terrible. I have never been to another consignment boutique where I felt as I did here. The store clerk acted as if shed rather swallow a stink bug whole than get a dress that fit me. I realize Im a size 16, and theres not a lot to choose from for my body type, but I will NEVER stand to be treated as awfully as I was there. a bride should be very allowed to feel beautiful, and I never felt uglier! Dont come here no sales or deals are worth this treatment! And also ignore Emily Brown. It is clear that she is the shop owner putting in 5 star reviews so that she doesnt look so terrible.

I wish I could give this place a big fat negative zero, the owners attitude towards paying customers are just horrible!! We finally settled on a dress for my daughter and as I am paying $200 cash the owner is disrespecting me all while saying how much she makes off consignment etc My daughter really wanted that dress so I let it go. Got home and the dress had grease spots on it & she claimed they dont do refunds. I was so livid!! Will never shop with her again & I suggest the people out here making their hard earned money think twice before buying!!

I have purchased 3 dresses from them and have been treated very well and my daughter spent over an hour trying on dresses for homecoming and she made sure we were happy before leaving. I would recommend De Ja Vu for one of kind dresses for a good price. The service was great

Lady working today was very rude and short. She was not friendly or personable. Almost felt as if we were bothering her. Definitely not going to spend money in a place where Im am treated as such. Worst customer service.
