Waited an hour just for a few pain killer medications. The assistant assured me the first time that my prescription will be ready in 15 minutes. After an hour of waiting I went back to wait in line to find out that there was a rejection because they dont have my pharmacy card. No one ask for the card the first time I was up at the counter! Instead of waving me over to inform me of the rejection notice I had to go back to ask myself. Every time Im at this place there seems to be a lack of inconsistency in customer service and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes.

Ive been a loyal Walgreens customer for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience until this location. On two occasions now, my prescriptions have been messed up, been made to feel like its my fault by the staff and very little compassion getting the issues corrected. This experience has me searching for a new pharmacy. I guess 20 years means nothing to Walgreens........

The people in the pharmacy dept really need some help in customer service. I always use the one in Chippewa Falls and everyone there is always happy and helpful. I had to come here because they happened to be out in CF. Next time I think I will go without until they get it in. In the whole huge dept here only 1 person was smiling and not rude.

People over the phone are 8/10 times rude. I was just hung up on when I called to see which RX I had ready... even when you call to see if its ready before you go in there they Still say 15 min..... its always a waiting game here. .. rediculous.. pharmacy dept needs to clean up attitude.

Somehow they never have a prescription ready to go, even after calling to say the prescription is ready for pickup. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated occurrence, but rather a depressingly predictable expectation.

The manager offered to deliver my meds to me personally in lieu of my disability and lack of transportation. They always welcome me by name when I come in and always treat me very well. This place is simply great!
