Doctor said he didnt know how to work with my condition like my previous doctor had done, but he wanted to still get me fitted for glasses and contacts. I told them no thanks I need a doctor who can treat my condition properly and he badgered me for 10 minutes about it after I showed him my records claiming because he had never heard or seen it before it was not real. He then made me go in the lobby to put in my contacts because he was on an ego trip. They are just trying to push profits over actual medical need in my opinion. Old in office equipment, rude doctor, nice sales $taff... but whats the point if the head guy doesnt understand his profession. Seriously. PASS, lots of other great places in the area. Why suffer with this one...

Our family has been going to Sterling Optical for 20 years and we find Dr. Paul and the staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Paul has been treating my glaucoma for several years now. They have state of the art instruments and the professionalism and knowledge to go alone with them

Super trustworthy eye exam and friendly, efficient service from the technicians. I always leave Sterling happy with my purchase and if I wasnt then I know they would make it right. Cant believe how much money I saved by getting it done there.

Very horrible experience. Broken frames by the personnel there, lenses came with a scratch on one of the lenses, and sketchy sales tactics with the lenses sales (although everywhere does that now). Not impressed and will not go back.

Had a great experience. Had Lasik a few years ago and it didnt correct everything. Was fitted for contacts and had glasses within a day! Cute ones too

The staff here are nice. Theres a good selection of frames of all prices. Didnt see an optometrist here, though.
