I will never go back there for anything. My wife and I both purchased 2 pair of glasses totaling about $1200. Went back 2 days after picking them up to have them adjusted to fit my face. Very poor customer service. I was the only customer in the store and they were clearly annoyed I was making them work. Go somewhere else and spent your hard earned money.

Ordered Transitions, and my glasses arrived without them. Now I must wait until the replacements arrive requiring another trip. Mistakes happen, but when you depend on glasses as ordered, there can be no errors. Fixing the order does not make it right, only that Ill receive what I paid and what my insurance reimbursed them for. Very Unhappy
