The associate who I dealt with was extremely pushy and extremely rude to my son because hes 2 and was wondering around going up to the door and the door bell kept going off (apparently it hurts her sales) I kept grabbing him then she says not to grab him because Im over 3 foot tall and that will make it worse. Whatever I understand sales are bad, anyways I got him out of the store and my mom was still looking around deciding on which shoes she should get. She saw that the scarves were also on sale BOGO deal buy one get one half off, she asks if she can go up to the window and show me as I went outside to keep my son occupied while she finished up, the associate then tells her no that her manager is sick of us going in and out of the store. What kind of sales is that? You would rather lose over $120 sale then just allow someone to go near the door bell. God forbid. This particular person has been my associate a couple other times and I have never had anything nice to say about her she is always persnickety with my son I always clean up after him if for whatever reason he makes a small mess or whatever. I do not appreciate her bossing him around or saying anything. I will not return to this store.

Real World Glam

I was helped by a wonderful sales associate named Kelly. She wasnt pushy and she ade sure I knew she was right there if I needed anything. She made great recommendations on some rain protectant for my new boots and I am so thankful. The whole experience was great, and I love my new boots!!
