I would give 0 stars if I could. I had bought a pair of adidas for my 6 year old son which cost around $50 and the seams started to come apart after 2 times of wareing. I brought them back and had to make a big deal for the manager to send them back and get a new pair thinking it was just a lemon. He stated he would call me when the shoes came in. I never got a call and time pasted life goes on i have three kids and work I do not live near the mall. I finally came in about 2 months later and asked about the shoes i gave my phone number again and about 2 weeks went by no call. I went in again and gave my number for the manager to call me and no call. So i called today and the women said i dont know why he didnt call but you lost your money. This is just a very poor service store and would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered shoes on Saturday and was told they would be shipped in from the Lynnwood store and available "within a week." Nine days later I was told that the shoes hadnt arrived and that they would "keep on the lookout for them" meaning they never had them at any branch location to begin with. I dont know why they couldnt just call up their Nike distributor and have them send a few pairs.
