Condescending and dismissive. I went in for a shoe repair. After being treated with obsurd condescension by the repair person, I expressed my unhappiness to the customer service person on site and explain how customer reviews r crucial to a small business. Her response was offensively dismissive. Shes literal response was "meh" with a shoulder shrug. Their yelp reviews show habitual problems as well. Pick another business to support as I did. Supporting small businesses with your dollars is impactful and I can only assume that this business wont be reaping the benefits of that support much longer.

Reasonably priced repairs of superb quality. Ive gotten the heels of my Birkenstocks replaced several times here. They do a great job every time; they make a smooth transition between the existing sole and the new heel, and use Birkenstock sole material which lasts a long time. The employees are friendly and helpful, and get the shoes repaired within a week. Lark Shoes is awesome!
