I had orthotics made twice before by a different company. They never fit right and caused as much discomfort as they fixed. My experience here was the complete opposite. After thoroughly discussing my problems and deciding on the solution molds were taken of my feet. A month later the orthotics were ready. I came in to pick them up and to have final adjustments made. They fit so perfectly I was able to go on a lengthy shopping trip downtown. And even though the orthotics were still new and my feet not yet accustomed to them, I was able to walk for hours PAIN FREE! I dont know how the process or the outcome could have been any better.

Im responding to the negative review that Mr. Derman posted 9 months ago, although he has not been to our clinic in about 3 years. I made every attempt to resolve his issues, including providing extra adjustment work at no charge, and must refute his statement that he paid $1,000 for his inserts. They were less than half of that amount and, although he purchased other items at the same time, his total was significantly less than what he claims to have spent. I regret that we were unable to resolve his issues, but simply cannot let his misinformation regarding our pricing be posted without being corrected.

Great service, friendly, informative and produced a product that really works. My Dad and wife both required orthodics and it made such an impression on me that I decided to have a pair made just to feel better. Absolutely love them, feet feel great, and am nothing but happy with the service and product. My wife has already ordered a set for her athletic shoes. An odd luxury but extremely well worth the money. Very happy.

I had a terrible experience here. I tried to have custom orthotics made here and paid good money ($1000) and went thru three different people to end up with orthotics that hurt just a little bit less then no orthotics (very painful). I had many adjustments and finally started to to do them myself because I hated traveling all the way over there. I never got anything that helped me and was out $.1000

I have know Arnie for about 2 years. I have nothing but great experiences there- it was a very difficult job,.. he hung in there until I was happy. On the bus/underground it takes one hour each way.
