We had high hopes going into Red Wing in Oregon. I was fitted for 2 pair of shoes. We had to make 4 trips in just to exchange for the right size. When my wife returned my work boots (4 days after we purchased them) the salesman said they didnt have size 11 in stock for a while and they were on order. He just wanted to make the initial sale with the wrong size, only cared about profit. After many trips in to finally getting the right size on both pairs I will probably never go back even if they are better shoes then other brands. Then we received a customer survey asking us about our experience. We were honest in our response and shared our frustrations. We went this evening to pick up the ordered boots and the sales person told us that he got written up because of our survey answers and may loose his job because of it. That was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Red wing may have great quality boots, but I will not be going back after this experience.

Ive gotten boots here for 15 years and not once did I ever have a problem, until now. All of my boots needed to be sent out to a cobbler to get a leather patch stitched on, I know it voids the warranty but thats OK cause I get a new pair once a year so they have to last. With the type of work I do boots will last 3 months max and with them not stitching but just gluing the leather patch I would have to come in every other week to get them fixed. Like I said Ive been having my boots done the same way for 15 years and then all of a sudden it cant be done anymore when I pick them up. I should have been told that the cobbler cant or wont and I would have gone somewhere else, no problem, instead of wasting my time and coming back here twice

Order in a pair of shoes, went in to go pick them up today. There was two people in there took the guy 10 minutes to tell me he would be 15 minutes. I told him I was just picking up a pair of shoes. Again told me it will be a few minutes I might want to go grab some food or something. First thing I wont go spend money of food I dont need because you cant juggle more than one person. Second thanks for fat shaming me when you told the skinny people to just wait and the fat guy to go get food. Not returning to this store I will order from another store. Love there shoes I will be returning to my old store I tried this one because I moved.

My brother and I, including the rest off my crew, needed some new work boots and my brother contacted the stores manager about getting some boots. The manager drive to Vancouver, WA to size everyone and brought some free stuff for my crew. the store manager was very professional and great to work with. I also would like to point out that the manage who runs the Division Store, well, lets just say he will not be getting any its my business outer referrals.

Nice place. Enjoyed were helpful and nice. Shoes are expensive but they last forever. You get what you pay for, so its worth it. Store is pretty small so selection is kind of limited.
