If I could rate my overall experience from Home Depot I would give it a poor review as well as not recommending their services to others. Selling of the product was great on sales part in which we felt confident and comfortable entrusting Home Depot with this costly project, however after that many things fell apart. Now my wife and I feel duped into paying for this project yet receiving little customer satisfaction. First the address in setting up our credit card through Home Depot was wrong and we were charged a late fee for not paying for a service we haven’t received. Next was the miscommunication between warehouse, plumber and installer. We had first arranged a date prior to the now installation date, yet due to lack of communication and the warehouse representative misplacing the original installation dates there was constant and unnecessary contact on the new date. Unnecessary contact in the sense of being called continuously throughout the day, when at school, at work or asleep by the plumber requesting information from us rather than the warehouse. The installer did come by for the March 29, 2016 installation, however there was not much information provided by him or how things were progressing. I entrust Home Depot in hiring qualified employees whom provide customer satisfaction, so my intention was to leave him to his own device, yet there was no communication as to how things were coming along or an estimated time of completion. Finally, we weren’t informed of the installation being more than a three-day event in which the plumber came on March 28th and the installer starting on March 29th and working on the 30th yet not sure when the project would be fully complete due to the wrong materials and orders not in for the project. Paying for this project at a price of $6,500.00 seems outlandish for the experience as well as the overall appearance. Seeking further assistance with future projects through Home Depot seems to be a questionable decision in which I will have to reconsider due to price, customer satisfaction, and the quality of the product which I believe doesn’t seem to be that of the same quality presented by sales. SO MUCH FOR ENJOYING MY SPRING BREAK!

DO NOT USE THEIR CUSTOM INSTALLS!!! Spent over $20k on windows almost a year ago and they still arent installed correctly. 7 days I have taken off work for them to work on my house, 4 separate companies have worked on my house. 3 separate orders for them to fix the windows they ordered wrong. I have a leaking window for over 2 months that has caused water damage, and keep getting the run around. I found out multiple windows still were not installed correctly. Everyone that has been involved definitely are not being held accountable or holding others accountable. Corporate isnt helpful! Their project managers and planners dont follow up, or show up when they claim they would. I could write paragraphs on every terrible thing that has happened, but will give the biggest issues with the 1st team that showed up 3 hours late from Vancouver, WA. They took out every single window on the top floor and out of the kitchen the 1st day in the middle of winter & did not install them till the end of the day. They took all the remaining downstairs windows out the 2nd day. They were chucking the whole window outside from the 2nd story where my dogs walk. One of them stepped in dog crap; used one of my towels to clean it up, and then hid the towel behind some furniture. They also didnt actually seal the windows till the last day, meaning my house was cold for 3 days and tons of wasted electricity.

asked 1 employee that I need assistance at the saw to cut some wood, waited then I asked another and she wasnt doing anything n refered me to the front counters(lazy). At the the front saw 3 employees talking to each other,so I asked them to get someone to cut the lumber i wanted(waited).Since no one wanted to help me i walked out, last time I go to this home depot. Its like no one cared, just clock in n get paid I guess. Ive been to a lot of home depot stores n this 1 sucks aint been back since. Total of 5 employees asked for assistance, good job on customer service.

My husband and I were in the weed eater isle with weed eater in hand deciding which one we wanted. Asking questions of the sales associate he gave us a couple quick answers and knowing we hadnt quite decided the next thing he said to us was. Im sorry youll have to leave the isle we are closing it down so we can bring the lift through! Are you kidding me!!!! I gave him the weed eater back and walked out. Really 2 more minutes..... very poor business practices! You get paid by the hour and our sales pay your wages!

Guy in the plumbing section completely rude to me. Wouldnt help me until I paid for my pipes. He told me people would steal if they didnt pay first. Hmm im not gonna steal a 6ft PVC pipe. Had to carry 10ft pipes thru store to front and by that time I just left with them after of course I paid... Im not gonna deal with battling crowds all the way to the back again to cut them.. I wont be back.

Horrible customer service experience. If you are a Veteran, please shop somewhere else not at this location. Customer service dont even care if you are a veteran and wont honor your veteran card. Mine customer service person walked away and gave me dirty look like as though I am a terrorist. Please pass it on to fellow Veterans so they wont have the same horrible experience.

Hay gente trabajadora que le falta atención se la pasan platicando en vez de atender al cliente pero también hay gente que le echa muchas ganas

Always seem to have a good selection. This visit we were after something specific and we couldnt find it. Employees were friendly, helpful and made sure to find exactly what we were looking for. Turns out it was spring products that havent made it to the shelf yet. I like this location and visit often.

Low staff ratio . Very poor help when you do get it at all. I felt like I was at walmart. I hate this store. No one knows what they are doing. I had to get help from another customer. Home Depot on 72nd and Tacoma Mall Blvd in Tacoma, WA is the absolute worst Home Depot!!

The clerk, Lori, as the receipt said, was very rude. Like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. Sharp at the tongue too. If I ever come back, Ill be sure to go to someone else. My regular home depo in Oregon has nice people working there.
