I have been ignored in the wig section almost every time while I watch the employees quickly greet the many other people that come in after me. I have bought many half wigs here and I am proud to say I wear them all well! I love versatility in my hair, I have a thick head full of hair but love to switch it up and put on curls that would otherwise take hours and product to style... I am all about high maintenance look with low maintenance time. I hate the fact that I get blatantly ignored at this place though and have to seek help when it is all around and thrown at other customers!

COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF. PERUVIAN HAIR WAS CLEARLY SWITCHED WITH SOMETHING. I began to notice within 5 to 7 days extreme frizziness, shedding, and tingling. I refrained from putting any chemicals heat or water on my hair. The hair was wrapped and kept in protective styles to preserve the life of the hair. With my best efforts the hair is still very difficult to manage and I am highly unsatisfied and upset at the amount of money paid for this horrible quality. Be wise research and buy youre hair online straight from the manufacturer.

Riff-raff in parking lot; vehicle safety issue. Drug addicts trolling for handouts. Store filthy. Employees have little to no knowledge on products offered. Substandard human hair that is single drawn and thin with terrible split ends; that was even at the recommendation of an employee. Human hair way overpriced for quality. Its a free-for-all in the wig section, especially watching women trying on wigs with their dirty hair. For the size of the store they offer very little worth purchasing.

I bought the worst hair Ive ever purchased from this place, also the most expensive. After asking one of the employees to recommend a quality brand, he suggested the most expensive hair in the store. Its been a month and it has practically all fallen out. I find it everywhere, all over my house. Not what I would expect of malaysian hair at the price level I paid. Usually hair like that lasts a year or more. Only shop here if you know what brands to buy or you will be taken.

First time and last time here. Came here after being positive reviews. I walked in and the employees ignored me. I walked around the store for a while. They went up to the other customer but completely ignored me once again. I had bought some things but the employee kept having a conversation with the other employees and never acknowledged me. Ill take my money to another business that will appreciate me as a customer.

Okay so I just want to start off by saying I am shocked this place has only four reviews. I am new around the Tacoma area and my husband got me a gift certificate to get my hair done at this place. At first I was pretty skeptical about the place, but I told Song what I wanted and she did just that. I was very pleased and I plan to go back soon!:)

Ive been going to Song for several years now and she has never disappointed me. I always feel fantastic after she cuts and colors my hair. I highly recommend her to anyone especially if they are picky about their hair. She pays attention to every detail and will do everything to make sure you are happy with your look!

I would take a bus, train or a plane to get to this store. I dont want to go anywhere else!! They are amazing. The hair selection is amazing. Lots of options and a huge variety. Very affordable prices! I love it there. There definitely know my face lol. This store is highly recommended!!

They have a wide array of hair extensions, wigs, weaves and clip ons. They have a wide array of hair accessories. The staff is super friendly. Definitely a good place to check out especially for natural hair girls
