Once again the wonderful guys at Sound Advise were there to help. I heard about this store about 3 years ago and wouldnt go anywhere for help with Verizon phones, plans, accessories or insurance plans. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The launch of the new iPhone 6 was just announced and I have been waiting almost a year to upgrade my phone. I knew I could call them to get a per-order done as soon as they can place it on Friday. They were wonderful and will call and let me know when I might get the phone. I know in the mean time they will find out all about the set up so they will be able to answer and of my questions. If you need help on any phone or plans they are the ones to talk to. They get 5 stars in my book any day.

The two guys at this store, Scott & Gary, are about as knowledgeable, and nice and helpful as they can be...when it comes to knowing about the offerings for T-Mobile & Verizon Wireless. They helped me choose the right phones, with the right features, and the best plan for me and my family ! Thanks Guys ! Well be back, and were telling all our friends where to go when in West Seattle for Cell phones, plans, and advice about the industry, and recommendations on Bluetooth...now that that pesky Hands-Free law takes effect in July !
