STAY AWAY from this store at ALL costs, literally!!! It is run by an immature, passive aggressive, desperate manager that only is interested in the sale/numbers for the store. This is my first review of any store and my experience was so awful that I felt it absolutely necessary to make sure other customers were aware that they have better options for Verizon than here! Do not give this store your business if it can be avoided, they do not deserve it...

Terrible place. I walked in/the one employee/manager asked was talking with a guest. He asked if I had an appointment? I responded, no. He told me to come back in 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours. He was very rude and short with me. He told me he couldnt help me as a Verizon customer with a merchandise return because its just a retail store, not Verizon. What????? He saw my Verizon bag the first time in. Why didnt he let me know then?

The store manager, who took over from June, and his teammates are only interested with you if you are buying phones. If you have issues or questions with your service or phone ..Go elsewhere.. That is what the manager told me. VERY RUDE.

Needed assistance and hours are posted 9pm closing time. Showed up at 8:15 and lights were out nobody home. Drove awhile to get there. False advertising wasting my time and business
