The customer service was fabulous. Aaron totally took care of my painting needs and provided great information on what I needed for supplies. There was no oversell just service with a smile. I highly recommend using the Ballard Sherwin Williams store!

The worst manager and employees. Six people standing at the front counter, not one employee talked to or helped anybody for 20 min. I timed it on my phone. It started to become comical at how unprofessional they are at there job. Ill never go there again.
