Did you know that they charge you $.75 per gallon of paint extra for a disposal fee? even if you DO NOT recycle. I have never recycled paint that I have purchased. We bought 7 gallons of paint without any idea that they charge this fee. WORST PART IS They dont even tell you about the fee when they drop the receipt in the box of paint. Supposedly the state of Oregon is forcing us to pay this fee. This would be an accounting nightmare for any business to deal with, if they were having to pay this FOR US to Oregon State.

horrible!! Horrible! HORRIBLE !! From the reps to the installers!! Took three days to lay a simple carpet strip!! Allison, from Sherman Williams, is rude and unprofessional AND likes to call and yell at you. Installers will hide in your laundry room to take personal calls and discuss there car issues and plans for the day!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
