Yeah their units are affordable, but its a gamble how long they last. In 2015 I got a fridge from them, it died 2 months later, just within the warranty, they brought another and took the first one back. The 2nd one had problems. Finally they brought a 3rd fridge that has been working ever since. I got my oven on Craigslist and trust an appliance like that would work better than a patched up one from these guys. I would consider coming back here, but make sure to choose the newest model of their selections. Buyer beware, always get the receipt and warranty at time of purchase, and if you return or exchange the product make sure you request an updated receipt at that time, otherwise, as I have read here, you may never get it or have the warranty to save your investment for a replacement. I do appreciate what these people are doing here, I support prolonging and fixing devices rather than discarding to landfills. Thanks for doing the dirty work A.A.A.

Absolutely terrible experience with these people. I called them to repair an old stove - they said it would take longer than a service call so they wanted to pick it up and take it back to their shop. This was in December. I called a few weeks later and asked about the ETA and that was when the runaround started. I FINALLY got the thing back in JUNE with the burners removed, and they had not done a lick of work on it. They charged me an $80 "delivery fee" to bring it back and I still have a non-working stove. Did I mention they didnt respond to any of MY requests to bring it back - I had to call Consumer Advocate Jesse Jones and have the media call them to make any progress with this. Long story short: If you want to waste your money and keep your broken appliances, call All Affordable Appliances. If you want your appliances fixed at a reasonable price, I recommend Seattle Home Appliance. They ACTUALLY FIX APPLIANCES!

This company worked on the refrigerator in our rental unit one month ago. I have been waiting to receive the receipt for the services performed (and that Ive already paid for). Ive called this company at least once a week for the past four weeks and am either given an excuse or have been told multiple times that the receipt is in the mail. I asked if they could email me a copy of the receipt. I was told yes and that I would get an email by the end of the day. That didnt happen. I had to email the next morning to remind them to email the receipt that I was promised. This happened twice. Then, when I called last week to ask (AGAIN) about the receipt, I was told that it was in the mail and that I would either get it on Saturday or Monday. Well, today is Tuesday and still no receipt. This has been a frustrating waste of time and we will not use this company again as a result. Edit - Delete

Since they sell used appliances I called them to see if they wanted my working washer (thought Id save myself listing it on Craigslist) I called and explained this to the woman who answered the phone and asked "would you be interested in it?" and she said, no joke "You can drop it off...for free" Seriously, could you be a little more rude and condescending? Guess all the negative reviews on here are accurate.

A little hard to get to the person at first. However, I understand theyre small business so theyre on the run all the time. I had my dryer checked but would cost too much for a new motor. I ended up buying one of their dryers at a good price. The lady was very nice and helpful. I will update on the dryer perfomance in a few weeks. Remember to ask for a warrantee. I will be back for future need...

(1) Charged us $100 to install a $9 timer knob on dryer at our rental house in Burien. (2) Promised to call first with quote to get approval before doing work but DID NOT -- went ahead without our approval. (3) Work done August 10; did not receive written invoice until August 19. We will not use this company again.
