I purchased a washer and dryer from the appliance store three years ago. The pump went out in the washer just after delivery. They were out and replaced it at no charge under their warranty in a very timely and professional manner. Mike, the owner, even gave me tips on how to hook up the waterline for the ice maker. I enjoyed my experience so much I returned earlier this year and purchased a great refrigerator. Mike and his employees are wonderful to work with and they are always very helpful and knowledgeable. I always recommend going here to my friends and family.

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. Strongly warn against buying from this store. I purchased a used fridge from this store, took it home and plugged it in and it immediately leaked water on the floor. Called the store and they told me they would not come pick it up. I went to the store the next day and they told me they would only pick it up if I paid $200 cash. The guy took my money, did not ring it into the register and did not give me any receipt. They did pick it up but I had to call and remind them.

Just got my washer fixed at the appliance store and saved $100! I was quoted $275 at another appliance repair shop in reno but thought better to shop around. The owner Mike was pleasant to work with and was done when he said he would be. He also suggested several tips to help maintain the washer for longer. Quality service is always appreciated by me!

Just purchased a refrigerator from this store not 8 hours ago. Was promised that it was in great working condition. Here I am not even half a day later cleaning out a flood in my kitchen. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND STRAIGHT UP LIED TO. DO NOT BUY HERE!!

They do not stand behind their appliances. Blamed the problem on the customer. A simple fix of $5.46 in parts would have been all that was required. Instead threats and accusations was all that was offered.
