If you want FAST, Personal, Courteous and Knowledgeable Service King and Bunnys Appliances is the place to come! I think King and Bunnys is definitely a cut above the rest. Home Depot, Sears,Lowes all are good stores, dont get me wrong... But honestly there isnt anything like personal one on one service in a local Family Owned Business! They even answered their phone (NO RECORDINGS, NO PUSH THIS OR THAT NUMBER to get to a LIVE person). There prices were the same if not BETTER than the larger businesses. But you cant put a price on the FAST, PERSONAL SERVICE they supply. I ordered my Maytag Washer and Dryer on a Friday morning and by that afternoon they were delivered to my home and installed! Very impressive. That may not be the case all the time as a cancellation happened to come in when we were speaking and they offered me the opportunity. They were actually scheduling me for NEXT day service! BONUS, with the cancellation! Randy and his partner delivered my washer/dryer and they even did a SUPER JOB! Friendly, personable guys that were VERY careful removing my old appliances, bringing my new ones in and installing them. Peter, my sales rep. even followed up with a phone call Friday evening to make sure all was going well and to check and make sure I was satisfied with my service and to answer any questions I may have. So if you are considering purchasing any appliances I urge you to give King and Bunnys Appliances a try. You wont be disappointed!~

Ive bought an oven, range, 2 washers, dryer, and dishwasher from King & Bunnys. Ive always been happy with their service, selection, and price. Ive only had one problem, with a new dishwasher with a defective part which resulted in significant water damage to my home. It was a product manufacturing issue -- not anything that King & Bunnys did -- but King & Bunnys went the extra mile to help get it resolved. Thats the kind of hometown service that sets them apart from national and big-box corporations. What else sets them apart? They are involved in the community. They know their products and are there to help. They care about what they do. They show up, on-time. They even delivered to my vacation home, 45 miles away! I could go on and on, but Ill just say this: Im a customer for life.

Fabulous Experience and Whammer deal! We just went to King and Bunnys and bought a new washer and dryer. Literally 2 hours later, my new washer and dryer are installed, and my old one hauled away! Jason (salesman) was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us exactly what we wanted. The delivery staff was also very friendly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend King and Bunnys over Albert Lee Appliance and any of the big box stores. Albert Lee couldnt do the job that King and Bunnys did. It took Albert Lee two weeks to set up a delivery and in the end they couldnt get the job done. It took Albert Lee an additional week to refund my money. So, I went to king and bunnys, and they knocked everything out in about two hours. Thank you King and Bunnys.

I purchased a high end refrigerator from my Builder 8 years ago and have had nothing but issues over the years. When I decided to replace the refrigerator I shopped several stores including Jason at King and Bunnies. He was the only one that had the refrigerator in stock.When he learned about my experience with the old refrigerator he contacted the manufacture on my behalf and was able to get me a credit adjustment towards a new one. Jason did everthing he said he would do and the delivery was quick and simple.Thanks Jason for a job well done and I will continue to recommend your store to anyone looking for appliances.T.S.

In June 2014, I called King and Bunny (Rentons King & Queen!) to get the name of the plumber that they recommended for the hook up to our new ice maker/refrigerator. Well, Scott recognized my name and remembered what I had bought - one year ealier! That is the service you can expect from King & Bunny. Best prices, no run around about stupid warrantys (this is where the staff at big box stores make their wages, I guess). They deliver, take back old units and we have all but one appliance from them. Our home will always be a fully King and Bunny appliance home!

I purchased the new washer and dryer in late December of 2014. I was told that this machine was a energy compliant washer and dryer by the sales people of King and Bunnys, and that I would get $50.00 back from PSE and from Whirlpool. PSE sent me a letter stating that it was not energy compliant and I have yet to receive any rebate from Whirlpool. I do not believe that the sales people were honest with me. I will not be purchasing any thing further from these people as I do not believe they are reputable outfit. I have notified them about the troubles I am having.

I have been shopping at King and Bunnys for over 30 years. I have always gotten a great price, knowledgeable sales staff and excellent customer service. I had a recent product failure that was out of warranty by 6 months. Jason went above and beyond working with whirlpool to ensure that my issue was taken care of at no cost to me due to the nature of the failure. I would not have gotten that service at a big box store. A customer for life! Thanks for showing me that great service still exists.

My dryer stopped working, so we went here and found a new one. The staff gave great advice and service and we chose a model. When they delivered it the next day, they discovered an electrical problem. Once I had an electrician fix the problem, my old dryer worked just fine. King and Bunnys gave me a full refund on the new dryer without a hassle. Ill definitely be back next time I need a new appliance!

They matched the lowest prices we could find. The installers were courteous, prompt and efficient. They actually had to repair the valves on the water lines in order to install our washer and they did it with no extra charge. The electrical outlets in our kitchen didnt work, so the refrigerator installer helped us figure out a workaround. Im very happy with our experience!

We bought a washer and dryer from Kings and Bunnys, they delivered and installed free of charge and they came next day. It could not have been any easier. My family is old Bellevue and when I told them I needed a washer and dryer, the first place they recommended was Kings and Bunnys and they were absolutely correct.
