Employees of this store will trick you into buying an item, then Sears will send you a malfunctioning item and will tell you, sorry cant help you, our return policy is only 14-30 days, too bad your $1000 dryer broke only 40 days after purchase, you are on your own now. Oh, did we really tell you "10 years guarantee for this amazing dryer when you were buying it? we cant recall!" Read full story what happened to us: We purchased a washer and dryer from this store on August 12,2015. The sales associate was a very nice young man, he made us feel safe and helped us get a "good deal". We picked SAMSUNG washer and dryer and he said "we wont have anything to worry about for at least 10 years". The item was sold out and we were asked to wait a month for delivery. We said OK. The item arrived on time. However, six weeks into its use ( it was only used about 7 times) the washer just quit working half way through the cycle. We checked electricity in the outlet and we were able to confirm that it is the washer itself. We went to the store and asked them for assistance, no help. We were told that ACTUALLY SAMSUNG does not allow sears to provide any car or assistance with their items. This was a big surprise to us, because we were not told that upon purchasing an item. We picked big organization, and trusted SEARS for its customer service. We were sure we will get assisted if any issues happen with our items. I called customer service and no help there, once again was told to call Samsung. Who told me that they will come out for initial investigation only in one week. I have little children and am stuck without a dryer for God knows how long. Then I called Corporate and was told by DEBORAH (EMP ID 425595) that SHE IS THE HIGHEST MANAGEMENT OF ALL SEARS ( she repeated this 2 times) and they cant help me at all because we are 2 weeks outside of return policy. She started a case ID#3802226 but the case is not going anywhere because they cant help me at all. I told them I was not aware that there is absolutely no customer service with my items and I am not confident in my purchase and I want to return everything, she said sorry cant do. So she opened a case, however it is just open for documentation and no help what so ever was provided to me. I spend thousands of dollars at that store and left with nothing just 6 weeks after the delivery and I was lied to my face by customer service clerk about her employee title. DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS! GO TO A STORE THAT WILL HELP YOU IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ITEM LIKE HOME DEPOT! Also, this store in particular HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT TRUST THEM! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Well, well, well... talk about world class shitty customer service and I think this store grabs the Oscar! We stopped by today to get a blender and we stopped by one that clearly said "appliance showroom" in its name. As my wife walks in, the sales guy, who was very busy, apparently servicing other (0) huge number of customers, was difficult to grab attention from. He guy was may be in his 50s. She asked him if they carried any blender and whoa! The guy freaks out! He asks her if she saw any on the floor, with a sarcastic smirk on his rude face. Pardon me, is that what these guys were taught about customer service??? Then he goes on, showing hand gestures that they carried big appliances not smaller ones, as if we were imbeciles. I am telling you sears, if you want to beat the other guys, eating away your business, fire these guys and get someone who knows a thing or two about customer service. Or I am telling you, guys like this, will bring you down. No wonder, the store is empty all the time. Learn a thing or two from amazon. I nor my friends are ever gonna stop anywhere within a 1 mile radius of this place My recommendation: RUN
