I found a product that Ace 1 was marketing online and when I called to purchase it, they were extremely excited. When I told them I was looking for 140 pieces of a $40 part, they became even more excited. "let me call you back Mr. Miller!" I wait around for a few hours and eventually called them back as I was advised it wouldnt be more than an hour . It was understandable that they were not able to fulfill the order for 140 pieces, but the technician was advised by the business owner that he didnt want to see me the unit they were listing on their site. Maybe this store is awesome for walkins, but I would never do business with them over the net or over the phone if it was the last place offering a part I needed. I cant believe they are still in business. Terrible service and even worse experience.

These are the guys that constantly spam craigslist every day (in all the wrong sections and dishonestly against craigslist policies) and get their ads flagged everyday. They are unscrupulous and annoying and cant even spell "tacoma" right in their ads. Notice the review by Ace 1 Computer Owner below: "Cheat prices"? Wow. Probably meant to say "cheap" but I wouldnt doubt the "cheat" part at all. Wouldnt touch them with a 10-foot pole, trust your computer to a real business instead.

Those other two complain about something weird. Ads on CL... Really? I think theyre great. I went in last week and they fixed my computer super quick. I got a nice desk for cheap from them, and they helped my son with his phones charging port for free. I dont think I met a friendlier group of people, ever. Since I live nearby, Ill be using them for my electronic needs. and I say electronic because they do more than just computers.

This is a small shop that does an excellent, cost effective job. My laptop died after a power surge, and they were able to get it running and salvage my data. They seemed to care about doing an excellent, thorough job. Yeah, they answer the phone "hello" but I dont see why thats a problem. Highly recommended.

$225 for a Samsung Galaxy s6 screen NOT installed, just the screen. You could pay the same price to have it installed else where.
