Store clean and well laid out. I ordered a door that came in wrong. DO NOT sign anything until you have COMPLETELY read and understand everything. The special order employees try to hurry you out. You have to check their work on unusual items. They dont return phone calls. I gladly paid a restocking fee and bought for way cheaper and better quality at Home Depot. Every experience I have had with PARR is over priced and under delivered. Shop elsewhere......

Customer service is very bad, dont buy any wood in bulk, bought fencing, didnt notice a couple were warped, exchanged but still had to pay restocking fee. Must know exactly what you want before you get there
